Exclusive Program Benefit
In the unfortunate event your vehicle is involved in an accident or stolen, you will enjoy Car Relief Assistance under the plan you have subscribed to.
Important Note
The benefits under this program are subject to the Terms and Conditions, which are outlined in detail in the attached brochure. We encourage you to review them carefully to fully understand your entitlements.
About a CAR RELIEF the terms and condition
In the event of own damage, total loss or theft claim to your car, a relief car will be provided free of charge (tor every incident) up to a maximum of the following days set out below :

- Unlimited Claims: Customers may claim a replacement as many times as needed within coverage period, providing consistent support throughout.
- Nationwide Coverage: Extensive network ensures replacement availability across Malaysia, regardless of location.
- Prompt Claim Process: A quick and efficient process helps reduce any delay, ensuring your customers can get back on the road swiftly.
Make and Model of Replacement Cars
We will exclusively provide Proton vehicles for your customers, including Proton Saga/Persona, Proton X70 and other Proton models, subject to availability.
Limit on Age of Replacement Cars
All replacement cars provided will be no older than seven (7) years and are guaranteed to be in good and roadworthy condition.
Collection and Return Location
Replacement cars can be collected from or returned to :
- Proton authorized dealerships
- Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd’s offices
Purpose of RM 5OO Refundable Deposit
To make the process worry-free, we have designed a simple and stress-free approach for the RM500 refundable deposit. Instead of an upfront cash deposit, we offer a convenient authorization swipe on the customer’s credit or debit card upon vehicle collection. If the car is returned in good condition, we will void the authorization immediately, without any actual charge. This means no initial payment is required, keeping the process smooth and hassle-free. This refundable deposit system encourages responsible use of our vehicles while ensuring complete peace of mind for customers, allowing them to focus on enjoying their journey.
Compensation Policy
Compensation in the Event of Non-Delivery of Replacement Cars Within 24 Hours:
Should Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd fail to provide a replacement car within 24 hours, we will compensate the participant RM100 per day for each day of delay. This compensation will be paid within seven (7) days, except in circumstances beyond our control (e.g., Acts of God, natural disasters).
Extended Rental Package
For customers requiring extended rental periods beyond their initial plan, we offer special discounted rates exclusively for Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd customers. Eligibility to join the program, participants must:

Program Duration
The car replacement program will last for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
Commercial vehicles are excluded from this program.
Replacement Conditions
A replacement car will be provided only in case of an accident or theft, not for wfndscreen damage.
Participants must submit a claim for a replacement car within 7 days from the date of the police report. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Replacement Car Types
Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd will exclusively provide Proton vehicles as replacement cars, ensuring that the replacement vehicle is no older than seven (7) years.
Replacement Car Types
Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd reserves the right to require a refundable deposit for replacement cars at its sole discretion.
Delivery of Replacement Cars
Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd will deliver a replacement car within 48 hours after receiving a police report (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Collection and Return Locations
Replacement cars can be collected from or returned to Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd’s office or designated locations during operating hours.
Operating Hours for Collection and Return of Replacement Car
The operating hours for collection and return of replacement car shall be as follows :
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm | Saturday: 9am – 1pm | Sunday/ Public Holiday: Closed
Compensation for Delays
If a replacement car is not delivered within 48 hours, Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd will compensate RM 100 per day for delays.
Conditions that Void Coverage
Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd reserve the right to reject any car replacement request if it’s clear from police investigations, visible evidence, behaviour, or other reliable sources that the Pa rticipant was driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or involved in any illegal
